29 Mar 2016 I don't know for sure, but this is what I think it happens. I might be right, I might be wrong. I believe that the speed that is shown there both on seeding and 1 Apr 2016 When i download anything, the speed fluctuates a lot, and very fast. This happens to every torrent on transmission, although different torrents BUT there are peers and its showing a download speed of 600-700kB/s. I forced a recheck, tried again, no change.
